AI-generated results are digital recreations and may not perfectly match the actual person's appearance. Natural studio-style beauty enhancements may be automatically applied during the generation process.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Revisions and regenerations are not provided as a standard option unless there is a clear technical delivery error, duplicate billing/file issue, or missing image directly caused by the system.
3. User Obligations & Warranties
- Consents and Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary legal rights, licenses, and explicit consent to upload and use the photos.
- Third-Party Likeness: Generating images using another person's likeness without their prior written consent is strictly prohibited. You bear sole and full responsibility for any legal claims, disputes, or damages resulting from unauthorized uploads.
- Protection of Minors: If an uploaded photo includes a minor, you firmly confirm and warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from the minor's legal guardian.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
- DreamShot Ownership: All templates, assets, backgrounds, poses, AI models, and related service components are the exclusive property of DreamShot. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer these assets to operate a competing service.
- Personal Use Only: Generated images are intended for personal, non-commercial, and commemorative use only, unless expressly authorized otherwise by DreamShot in a separate written agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: impersonation, harassment, defamation, fraud, creation of sexually explicit or offensive content, or any action that infringes upon the rights of others.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- "As-Is" Basis: The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
